How to Cure Dizziness and General Body Weakness

As busy people, we do our best daily to keep the ball rolling. In the process of this, we sometimes encounter stress which leads to general body weakness, dizziness and the likes. If not probably attended to, you could break down or even develop a fever That's just your body's way of giving you signals that you've been stressed out and need to replenish lost nutrients.

Instead of allowing your body to break down, there are two things you could take to replenish your body. They work like magic, believe me.
1. Yogurt
2. Malt and Milk (liquid milk preferably).
They can also be taken after you've undergone treatment for an illness to replenish lost nutrients and help your body recover fully.

I've tried this many times and it has never failed. Most times, after my period, I feel some level of dizziness but taking either yogurt or the Malt and milk mixture drives it away instantly. It also works the same way after an illness.

Why is this so?
1. Both drinks are high in protein, amino acids which help

Using Coconut Oil to Restore Balding Hair

I've heard a lot about coconut oil and it's many benefits but I was privileged to witness first hand how coconut oil works to restore balding hair (Please note: I mean hair that just started getting bald not hair that has already gone bald).

This friend of mine bought a small bottle of pure coconut oil and started using it as his hair cream daily before brushing his hair. Within a month, the bald patches which he had at the middle of his hair started covering up and the entire hair on his head started getting fuller. What's more, the dandruff he had,  which was due to a dry scalp, also vanished. I was surprised that it worked for him because he's in his late 30s. That led me into an online research on the benefits of coconut oil and I found out that it was good for hair growth and also helps keep away dandruff due to its strong antimicrobial and antifungal properties.

But, I noticed that two things made it work for him:
1. Using it daily and consistently by massaging it on the scalp.
2. Using pure coconut oil (the one he used was as colorless as water, which is different from some yellowish ones I've seen).

I'm guessing it will work for ladies too (after all what is good for the goose is good for the gander). But since ladies hardly use cream daily on their natural hair due using hair extensions, it's effect may not be as quick as that of guys who cream their hair daily.

So, if you're a guy (or lady) in the house and you've started noticing bald patches on your hair, why not try out this tip? Okay let's do it this way. Commit to trying this out for a month and let's see the results.
1. Buy pure coconut oil (remember its colorless and not yellowish).
2. Take a picture of the bald portion of your hair.
3. Massage the coconut oil daily and consistently on your hair for a month.
4. After a month, take another picture of that same portion of your hair and let's check out the results and see if it works for you.

Maybe, just maybe, you'll get a prize for this. So who's ready to try it out?
